Beautiful Estate in Golf Course Resort

BED BUGS DIRTY DUSTY Positive: We stayed at this location last year and there were a few things that were messed up We saw the location on booking.com again for a reasonable price and I figured why not give it a second chance to see if they upgraded and improve what they messed up on last year, upon arriving I discovered that all of the ceiling fans in the house were cake with dust none of the bathrooms were clean, The sheets were not changed on the bed there was one room downstairs that was infested with bed bugs that bit up my wife and I had to contact the people to send out the cleaning crew the very next day which when they arrive they tried to come in and do a rush job but I made sure that they stayed there from 10:00 to 1pm .. to clean every single bathroom every single bathtub to put fresh sheets on the bed and to remove all of the linen that was in the room that was infested with the bed bugs.. I had to contact the owner to request a refund because it was unacceptable We had to bag up all of our belongings the night that we arrived to make sure that none of our stuff got infected...

This could be a great property if repairs are made and clean properly including the pool walls and the jacuzzi, water fl Positive: The location was great and the use of the resort amenities was awesome. Negative: It was not cleaned the best. The pool was awful and I cleaned it upon arrival. There were three types of insects/bugs found in a few of the rooms. The main concern was about some of the bugs noticed in a bedroom the day after arrival was not taken care of at all, but late on day three I finally got a response and was offered to move to another unit at a different resort that didn’t offer onsite amenities. I declined because I had already closed that particular bedroom off and no one used it the duration of our stay, plus we only had one more full day. If management would have responded the morning after arrival, I would have moved to the other unit. There is not a ping pong table on the patio as confirmed by management when asked and pool water was not circulating.

Positive: It was a good location for disney for my family. Negative: Upon arriving the pool was dirty there was algae on the side of the pool the water was green. My family could not go swimming. I contacted the owner twice bout the pool nothing was done until we left Thursday I feel we should get a refund.

Positive: It was in a good location Negative: We had to call the property owner. It was a few things broken. There’s a few things missing. Couldn’t properly play pool because there was one pool stick.

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY!!!!! Positive: I like that there was enough space to accommodate a large family Negative: There was so many things that we did not like about this property for starters. The pool is extremely dirty with algae. There were not enough towels to accommodate a large family. The hot tub in the pool area did not work. There were holes in the walls and the couches clear instructions were not told for me to register my guest. There was a hole in the net in the backyard, which made us a little nervous because anything could’ve came through that hole . No remotes were set in front of the proper TV so we barely use any of the TVs. And lots of more issues. lead to one of them being escorted off the property. Customer service was very bad with adding additional guests to the list.
