Lake Front Luxury Estate Reunion Resorts

I don’t go on vacation to worry I go to be worry free…which is not what I received. Positive: The property itself is great…along with the location. Large enough for a family of 8, and having access to a pool when the resort pool is closed is great. Negative: 1. We were only able to open the front door on the first day as the key pad NEVER worked again. We had to jump the back fence and leave the patio door unlocked (which by the way had a broken deadbolt) EVERY night to ensure that we had access to the property we had paid for. Which is not safe nor was it a pleasurable situation. 2. The main level AC only worked half the time we were there. When we arrived it wasn’t working and then it stopped working again Thursday night. No one showed up to fix it so we ended up not cooking in the unit due to the unbearable heat….and having to find accommodation for 8 people last minute in Orlando during the summer was almost impossible. We ended up going to local basic places because dinner reservations at sit down restaurants were booked. Keep in mind prior to our arrival I asked if the oven was working because we had an individual traveling with us with dietary restrictions so this was absolutely upsetting to not be able to cook because it was upwards of 90 degrees on the main level 3. 7 people 3 bathrooms…need I say more?? The ceiling on the main level would rain whenever anyone from the top level would shower. So that bathroom was not usable which was one of the reasons we came back was the space had 4 bedrooms and 4 USABLE bathrooms. 4. The internet was down for about a day and 1/2. My husband has possibly lost an account due to this and the lack of timely response. I get we’re not the only property they have, but I stressed to them in my message the importance of getting this fixed and no one showed up until Thursday afternoon after my husband’s Zoom meeting. This was an important meeting and him missing was beyond unacceptable. 5. The cable stopped working because per the notice on the screen the payment wasn’t made. So another amendment that wasn’t delivered. Due to this we were unable to use the tv in the primary bedroom from Tuesday on. 6. The delay or lack of delivery of needed items.

Positive: The house, the location, the convenience of everything! Negative: I couldn't get the inhouse speakers to work and too many remotes for the two main TV's.

Positive: I will say seeing the house in person is way more better than the pictures provided....it was very big and spacious...I loved the surrounding facilities like the waterpark and we enjoyed the pool everyday!!!

Recommend 100% Positive: What a great place. High ceilings, plenty to do, great for family trip.
