9-bedroom Villa By Disney World

Had an extended stay property was nice, neighbors nice, host was easy to work with.

This was by far the worst Vrbo stay we’ve ever had. The listing was completely misleading — only one room had a queen and king bed in one room , while the other 8 rooms had worn-out twin or full beds. The showers had no hot water, which caused two kids and an adult to get sick. We couldn’t even take the kids to the water park as planned.The host was unresponsive until we contacted Vrbo, and even then, he acted irritated and didn’t fix anything. Vrbo told us they couldn’t help because the host uses a separate booking system. We also submitted names for water park access, but he never updated the resort, so we were denied entry.The kitchen sink backed up with old grease, the AC didn’t work, the beds were rock hard, and the carpet was so dirty some kids got bug bites. Several family members left early due to the poor conditions. We couldn’t event wash and dry our clothes because the washer and dryer didn’t work. It was a very sad stay and we didn’t deserve this treatment . Most disturbing — the front door would unlock and lock on its own whenever we arrived, which made us feel like we were being watched. The host never apologized, showed no concern, and has ignored every message even after our stay ended.Do not stay here. This property was a disaster and completely ruined our vacation. We understood not responding on the 4th but after that we needed our issue resolved.

Good potential but lacks maintenance in many ways Positive: It was nice and spacious Negative: We had no hot water whatsoever the entire trip. Florida law makes this home not habitable so it was immensely uncomfortable and was horrible not being able to use the jacuzzi.
